After your containers are denested, the RVF takes over and precisely deposits measured portions of dry or frozen free-flowing products into cups, trays, bowls, tubs, clamshells, or food-service containers so they can move smoothly to sealing and packing.
How the RVF Horizontal Dial Filler Works
Our horizontal rotary dial system uses a series of telescoping pockets that gently capture product from a controlled auto-feed hopper. An inclined conveyor with an Auto Feed System maintains the perfect product level in the depositor at all times—resulting in gentler handling and highly consistent fill weights.
Once filled, the pockets rotate and discharge the exact portion into each passing container. The system can run in continuous motion or indexing mode, and it integrates seamlessly with both intermittent and continuous packaging lines. Optional plunger discharge is available for even more positive product release.
