Our inline over cappers are designed to accommodate a variety of lid and container combinations. We offer several lid application methods, the types of lids and bases determine which of these systems we utilize.

• Spinning Stacking Rods and Stepper-Driven Lid Separator: This method ensures precise lid dispensing and alignment.
• Vacuum-Based Lid Retrieval: For delicate or challenging lid types, our vacuum system gently retrieves lids from the stack.
• RC Series Denester: This lidding method utilizes our RC Series Denester to denest the lid onto the container.

Lids are clipped onto the leading edge of containers within the lid chute and secured with rollers or a pneumatic head can be used to snap the lid onto the container. Choose from multiple lane configurations to match your production needs.
